October 1st through 3rd in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, the Colorado Water Officials Association will bring together water officials from across the state at its 2025 conference: From Summits to Soaks—Navigating the Highs and Lows of H2O in Southwest CO.
Each year, an annual conference is held in varying locations around the State to raise money for local scholarships and other worthy causes while promoting the mission of CWOA. Comprised of Colorado Division of Water Resources and Colorado Water Conservation Board employees, CWOA is unique in that its members connect with thousands of citizens across Colorado each year regarding water-related issues.
This year's event will feature a golf tournament fundraiser on the 1st, the main conference on the 2nd, CWOA Business meeting and tours on the 3rd and opportunities to soaking in water from the deepest geothermal hot spring on the planet!
Special thanks to the Colorado Water Conservation Board for their continued support of this event!
CWOA’s mission is to educate Colorado’s citizens to the importance of water rights administration, water issues and to further the professional development of its members.
